Juliane Grasekamp - female entrepreneur business coach
Juliane Grasekamp, business coach for female entrepreneurs

Hi I'm Juliane - Business Coach and founder of Pioneer Playbook.
Scottish. Tech Geek. Cat Lady.

When I was sixteen, I started my first business.  Over the course of the next ten years I grew it from 'selling cupcakes out of my high school locker' to one of the biggest independent cake companies in the country.

It was one hell of a ride and I learned so much along the way about all the right (and wrong) things to do to successfully scale a small business.

The real magic happened when I started applying structures and processes designed for bigger businesses to my own and built an entire system that allowed my company to flourish and grow further  than I ever thought possible.  I also transitioned from small and local to online and set up a solid digital marketing strategy which completely skyrocketed our sales and traction.

Now I am committed to helping others to do the exact same.  There are a so many things I wish I had known sooner.  Things that would have saved me a tonne of struggle and allowed the business to grow a lot faster - so that's why I created Pioneer Playbook, to give other female entrepreneurs the tools and knowledge they need to scale their businesses and  guide them through their entrepreneurial journey.

what to expect from a business coach

Directness

I'm a straight-to-the-point, no nonsense kind of business coach.  I like to make the most out of our sessions and won't waste time with unnecessary fluff.  If you're looking for lots of sugarcoating and waffle - I'm probably not the coach for you!

Transparency

For a successful coaching relationship there needs to be trust, so you can ask me anything about my previous experience and my business. I believe that a good business coach HAS to have gone out there and done it themselves before they can teach others - so I'll always be upfront about my entrepreneurial journey.

Tough Love

My clients need to be held accountable, this is a key part of the success that they see.  Sometimes that requires a bit of tough love.  This coaching style isn't for everyone but I will push my clients when they need it to help them achieve their goals.

Action

As my coachee you will never be without something to do and a plan of action.  You will leave every session with a clear idea of what your next steps are and what tasks need to be done to accomplish your business goals.  There is always work to do!
